Words will never describe the level of service we received from Ed, however we feel that his service deserves recognition. After requesting a relocation package from the Clarksville Chamber of Commerce, we received an email from Ed offering his services. After receiving emails from many different agents, we contacted Ed to speak with him regarding our upcoming move and were immediately impressed. We met Ed for the first time in May to begin our house hunting and recently closed on a house December 3rd. After many trips to Clarksville he helped us find exactly the home we were looking for. We met with Ed on approximately six different occasions, all of which were on a Saturday, many times of which he had to rearrange his schedule to accommodate our visit. Every time we met with Ed he made us feel like we were his only concern. He was honest, supportive, very responsive and down to earth. Any time we contacted him with questions or concern, he was extremely prompt in his response. The home we purchased was new construction, and since we were living in St Louis, he took it uppon himself to keep us updated on the progress, as well as taking pictures and monitoring the construction. His advice and guidance was invaluable. His attention to detail, knowledge of the field and no pressure approach were greatly appreciated. He also helped us attain our accelerated closing date, which couldn't have been done without him. We felt that during the entire process, Ed had our best interest in mind and because of that, we put the utmost trust in him. We will not only be recommending, but insisting that anyone we know who is looking for an agent in the area to use Ed, and when the time comes, we will be using his services when we sell our home.
